About Reservations

Is it possible to change the number of guests and the plan?

It is possible to change them up to 3 days before.
If you need to make changes to your reservation details, please inform us as soon as possible when it is confirmed.

Are there cancellation fees?

30 days before: 50 % 7 days before: 100 %

About payment methods

We accept cash and various credit cards (JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX and Diners).

I didn't receive or lost my reservation email.

We can resend the confirmation. Please provide the name under which the reservation was made and your check-in date.

Check-in: 3:00PM ~ Check-out: ~ 11:00AM

Do you have a shuttle service?

We offer a free shuttle service (reservation required) from Seibu-Chichibu Station and Kagemori Station.
*Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

*Please note that our shuttle vehicle can accommodate up to 6 people, so if you are a group of 7 or more or if multiple parities request the shuttle service at the same time, you may be required to share a ride or wait at the station. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I bring when bringing a dog?

Please present the certification or proof of the mixed and rabies vaccines when checking in.

Is smoking allowed?

While there is no designated smoking area, smoking is permitted on the outdoor deck space attached to your room.
Please be mindful of fire safety and considerate of other guests. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Yes, you can. Please contact us in advance with the contents of the package and the expected delivery date, and we will hold it for you.

About equipment

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes. Each guest room is equipped with our private Wi-Fi.

Is the pool heated?

Our pool is not heated.
Please note that the water temperature fluctuates depending on the season and weather.

Do all rooms have a sauna?

The sauna is only available in the Luxury Suite.
It is not available in the Dog Suite. Thank you for your understanding.

What are the Free Bar hours?

The Free Bar is available from 15:30 to 19:45.

Are seasonings provided?

We’re sorry, but seasonings are not provided. Please bring your preferred condiments if needed.

About meals

Until when can I order meals?

It is possible to order meals up to 2 days before.

Are the meal times fixed?

Dinner is available at 17:30, 18:00, or 18:30.
Breakfast is available at 8:30, 9:00, or 9:30. Please choose your preferred time.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

We booked two rooms. Can we dine together?

Yes, you can. Please let us know in advance which room you'd like to use for dining.

Others

Can I do fireworks?

Only handheld fireworks are allowed until 8:00PM. Please check with the receptionist for more details.

Is bonfire allowed?

Currently, bonfires are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
